We want your feet to be as happy as you are, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn TWOOBS. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've made the process simple and sustainable.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in brand new, unworn condition and still in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in their original box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
